Mimi Kuchman brings over 25 years of experience in real estate, with a strong background in single-family, multi-family, and commercial property sales and management. She owns and operates more than 60 multi-family units along with 125,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space. Over the years, Mimi has guided clients through the purchase and sale of tens of millions of dollars in real estate investments, including complex 1031 exchanges.
As a wife, mother, homeowner, and investor herself, Mimi understands that buying or selling real estate is about more than just the property—it’s about the people, lifestyle, and future behind each transaction.
Married for over 20 years and the proud mother of two daughters, Mimi enjoys horseback riding and dedicates time to fundraising for horse rescue organizations.
Tiffany Light has nearly 20 years of experience in property management and currently owns and manages both single-family and multi-family real estate.
She earned her BS in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder, and later completed both an MBA and MS at the University of Colorado Denver. In addition to her real estate career, Tiffany has worked in Finance and Human Resources, giving her a unique ability to approach transactions with both financial insight and a people-focused perspective.
A Colorado native at heart, Tiffany is married to a builder, raising two active boys, and proud to call Denver home.
